Did you know that you may require a liquor licence to supply drinks & beverages?  Silva Service Catering is fully licensed and pleased to announce a new drink & beverage catering solution. 

Your drink catering solution can be as varied as your menu.  Please contact us for a quote or to discuss your individual needs.

Our standard drink catering package:-

  • Bar Set Up With Attendant/s As Required
  • All Glassware
  • Standard Heavy Beer Range (such as Carlton Draught, VB, etc)
  • Standard Light Beer (such as Hanh Light)
  • Red Wine (Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz  or Merlot) - (other varieties will be supplied with our compliments if stocks allow)
  • White Wines (Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc and sparkling wine) - (other varieties will be supplied with our compliments if stocks allow)
  • Soft Drinks (Coke, Diet Coke, Dry Ginger, Lemonade, Lemon Squash, Soda Water)

We will also supply a complimentary cash bar for spirits and mixed drinks with our standard drink package.  All cash bar sales are under standard hotel bar prices so all of your guests will be happy.
