Melbourne All-Inclusive Spit Roast Corporate Catering Package

If you have a large corporate function or event in Melbourne or the surrounding area, such as a staff Christmas function, or office event, a grand opening, a team building day, or any other event where you need to either spoil your office, your staff or potential clients a little, then this is the catering package for you.

We will cater to all of your guests with “everything supplied”.  All you need to provide is a location around Melbourne and we provide everything else.  Your Corporate Catering Package includes everything your guests can eat and drink for the duration of the catered service. 

Our catering style is a relaxed atmosphere where the guests can help themselves to food and drink, while staff is on hand to assist them with any needs. You can have your event catered anywhere you choose, such as one of the many great parks in Melbourne, or if your workplace is in the Melbourne area and you have the room, we can provide your catering on site.  The catering package is based upon a spit roast buffet so there are many food choices to satisfy all guests, as everyone loves spit roast catering.  Your service will last for 3 hours.  This catered service is recommended for larger functions of over 100 guests and is perfect for your Christmas breakup event.  If you have an event with slightly less guests feel free to contact us for a catering quote.

Your guests will be provided with a spit roast carvery buffet consisting of:

• ·        Selected succulent spit roast meats, marinated and slowly spit roasted over coals, all carved for each individual.
• ·        A selection of gravy, mustards, sauces & condiments to accompany each spit roast.
• ·        Baked jacket potatoes with sour cream.
• ·        Salad Bar with a selection of fresh hand-made salads.
• ·        Bread rolls with butter.
• ·        High quality range of single use dining ware, cutlery & napkins.  (Please ask about upgrading to china plates & silverware if required)

The spit roast catering package will also consist of drinks & beverages including:

• ·        Standard range heavy beer (iced stubbies).
• ·        Standard range light beer (iced stubbies).
• Red & White wine plus glassware
• ·        Brand name soft drinks.
• ·        Brand name diet soft drinks.
• ·        Chilled bottled water.

Guests will be invited to a generous spit roast main course serving from the buffet and carvery, and then invited back for seconds, thirds, and until everyone has eaten as much as they like.  The spit roast main course buffet/carvery will then be transformed to a dessert buffet:

• ·        Cake selections individually served for guests.

Of course during the entire catering package your guests are free to select all the drinks & beverages they would like.

Your Corporate Spit Roast Catering Package can be supplied to just about any Melbourne area, and we can cater at your own premises with your own dining area if you are in or around the Melbourne suburban area, outdoors at your own premises with our marquees and seating, or outdoors at any other premises you arrange such as one of the wonderful parks or gardens that Melbourne can provide with our marquees and seating.

At your premises using your own indoor dining facilities for your guest's seating:-

At an outdoor location:  We will provide a catering marquee, with uncovered tables and seating for your guests:-

• ·        $63.45 per guest

At an outdoor location:  We will provide tables and seating inside a large marquee for all of your guests and the catering area.

• ·        $76.95 per guest

All prices are fully inclusive of all catering service needs such as food, drinks, beverages, equipment and staff.  The price is also inclusive of disposable diningware.  It also includes our travel to your location to within 20km of our Melbourne based kitchens; if you are further or out of the Melbourne area there may be excessive travelling fees.   If you would like a more formal approach with china plates and silverware please contact us for a quote.  We will provide everything necessary for your catering needs. 

Please note that additional charges may apply for marquee hire requiring weekend/holiday/afterhours set up or collection; and/or lighting/generator hire for night time functions.
