Our "Standard Service" allows you to fully relax and enjoy your own spit roast function or event while we do all the work for you. We will set up a semi-self-serve buffet where your guests can enjoy their own selected spit roast meals in any combinations that they like. Our staff will stay at your function for the entire food service and assist your guests if needed. Of course all of our perfectly marinated and tender spit roasts will be carved by our staff only as needed by your guests so that your first guest and your last guest, and everyone in between, all receive the same quality freshly carved spit roasts.

Once your guests have finished their course (or seconds, thirds, or more) our staff will clean and pack up the buffet, and leave you and your guests to enjoy the rest of your hospitality.

The "Standard Service" is suitable for just about any event, from wedding receptions, to private parties, to corporate or Chirstmas functions, or anything else you can think of. We can cater your event in any area of Melbourne and beyond.

The "Standard Service" is based upon our provision of quality disposable diningware.

Remember: when you choose your caterer you only get what you pay for. We don't use cheap substandard ingredients or suppliers. Everything that we serve is home made using quality ingredients from trusted and reliable suppliers.

Our prices include EVERYTHING that you need for the service and catering at your function. We Include all of the food, all of the equipment, and all the staff necessary for your function including a carvery attendant/chef and additional assistants as required! We even provide our own service tables to set up on, so all you need to provide is a group of hungry people! You won't need to work out any additional extras to add to your costs as it is ALL included in the price.

If you would like us to provide china dinnerware and stainless steel cutlery instead of disposable items, please add $2.50 per guest per course. If you would like our staff to clear tables for you at the conclusion of your service please add $1 per guest per course.

There are no delivery charges for functions within 20 kilometers of our kitchens, however if you are further away than that there is an additional travelling fee. Please consult us for additional travelling charges if your function is a distance away - charges are dependent upon the distance, travel time and number of staff required for your function, so individual quotes are provided for your own circumstances.
